While staining is not required before using your sauna, we strongly recommend applying a high-quality exterior wood stain or protective finish to the outside of the sauna.

A protective finish helps shield the wood from UV exposure, moisture, and changing weather conditions, helping preserve its appearance and extend its lifespan.

The interior of the sauna should generally be left untreated, as stains and coatings may affect the natural sauna experience when exposed to high temperatures.

For best results, apply an exterior-grade stain or wood protection product shortly after installation and follow the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.

Yes. We offer a variety of customization options, including dimensions, wood species, glass configurations, porch layouts, heating systems, interior layouts, and other special features.

Because custom saunas are built to order, production times are typically longer than our standard models. Lead times will vary depending on the complexity of the project, materials selected, and current production schedules.

Please note:Custom-built saunas are made specifically for each customer and may require additional production time. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

A level and stable surface is required. Most customers install their sauna on a concrete slab, patio stones with compacted gravel, or a properly built deck. If you have questions about your installation site, our team will be happy to help.

Most of our saunas are delivered as easy-to-assemble kits, securely packaged in a protective wooden crate. This method ensures safe transportation while allowing access to properties that may not accommodate larger equipment.

For customers who prefer a fully assembled sauna, we also offer delivery of pre-built units when site conditions permit. The delivery location must be accessible for a trailer, with sufficient clearance and no obstacles such as fences, low-hanging branches, tight gates, or other restrictions.
