SHIPPING POLICY
Some products are available for pre-order.
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order products are typically 8–10 weeks from the order date. Orders are shipped once inventory is received and processed.
In-stock products are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Pre-order products follow the estimated timelines indicated on each product page.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and will be contacted once the order is ready for shipment.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, carrier scheduling, delivery location, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Products may ship separately depending on inventory and product size.
FAILED DELIVERY FEE
If a delivery was scheduled (within the Montreal area) and the buyer failed to collect it without prior notice, a fee of $59.99 will be deducted from the original order amount. If the buyer wishes to reschedule another delivery day after the first failed attempt, an additional $59.99 fee will be charged.
If a delivery day was scheduled and confirmed but you are unable to be present, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule and avoid any additional fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days via our contact form or by email with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
DELIVERY OF THE GOODS
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway or to the lobby of your building. This service does not include set-up or assembly of items, or removal of packaging materials.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Shipping is available across Quebec and Ontario.
