1. Are your saunas available for immediate shipping?

Some sauna models are available for immediate shipping and are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

Pre-order products usually ship within an estimated timeline of 5–10 weeks depending on inventory availability.

2. How does delivery work?

Large sauna products are shipped via freight delivery with curbside drop-off service. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule an appointment.

3. Does delivery include installation?

No. Delivery includes curbside drop-off only. Installation, assembly, inside delivery, and packaging removal are not included.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, sauna products are considered final sale unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

5. What should I do if my sauna arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and details of the issue.

6. Do your saunas require professional installation?

Most of our saunas are designed for simplified DIY assembly with pre-drilled and pre-cut panels. 

7. Are your saunas suitable for outdoor use?

Outdoor sauna models are designed with weather-resistant materials for year-round outdoor use. Please refer to each product page for product specifications.

8. What areas do you ship to?

We currently offer local delivery within the Montreal area and shipping across Quebec and Ontario.
